Reactivating Quick Heal off-line using Internet Connection on a different computer

If Internet connection is not available on the computer where you wish to reactivate your Quick Heal, you can still do it by using a different computer that has Internet access. Follow these steps:

1. Go to http://www.quickheal.com/offline_registration
2. Based on the version of your Quick Heal product, click a hyperlink accordingly
3. On the following page, you will have to provide a valid Product Key, Installation Number, and Activation Number

Note:

- Serial Number can be obtained from the Quick Heal product box. If you have purchased the product online using credit card, then you will find the serial number in the email confirming your order.
- Installation Number is available in the Offline Registration section of the Quick Heal Registration Wizard. On the wizard, select No to ‘I have Internet access on this computer’ and click Next. Choose "Offline registration through web" and click Next.
- Activation Number is provided to you when you register and activate your Quick Heal copy for the first time.

Once the Product Key and Installation Number are verified, you will be asked to submit a valid Activation Number. After this number is verified, a new ‘License.Key’ file will be emailed to your registered email ID. You will have to store this file on the computer where you wish to reactivate your Quick Heal copy.

The Quick Heal Registration Wizard is initiated automatically at every boot until your Quick Heal copy gets activated. Click Next to proceed with Registration Wizard. To manually launch the Registration Wizard go to Start > Programs > Quick Heal Antivirus > Quick Heal

Thereafter, follow the steps mentioned below:

Click Next
Choose No to 'I have Internet access on this computer'
Click Next
Click Next
Click Browse open the License.Key file
Upon completion, you will get a message about the successful activation. It will again display your Activation Number for your reference. Note this number down
Click Finish
