Where can I find out more about the sign-up process?

Right here! The sign up process is quick and easy. You will need to complete and submit an application form to become a Quick Heal affiliate by visiting our partner network Commission Junction and applying to the Quick Heal Affiliate Program.

Your application will be automatically submitted to the Affiliate Program Manager, and will be set as a pending approval until approved or denied. If you are accepted into the program, you will receive your login and password information by email and you will then have full access to view all of the Quick Heal affiliate program material.

You will be asked to review and accept the Quick Heal affiliate program terms and conditions before you are able to start selling.

How can sales be tracked back to me?

Affiliate generated sales are tracked via affiliate links which you place on your website or within your marketing communications as text links or banners. These links will include your unique affiliate identification number, and you will be able to pick these up once you are approved by your chosen network.

When a customer clicks on one of these affiliate links, a cookie is dropped onto their computer. If the customer makes a purchase within the action referral period (up to 45 days), this cookie will identify you as the source and you will be credited with the sale, earning 15% commission of the total sales value.

What happens if a potential customer goes to your site through my referral but buys at a later date by going directly back to your site?

The cookie that is dropped to track affiliate sale activity by a potential customer lasts for up to 45 days. Any sales that result from that customer during this time will result in a tracked sale. But, if a potential customer later returns via another affiliate’s link, the sale will be tracked to the most recent referring affiliate. Last click wins in this business!

Will I have to create my own ads and artwork to promote Quick Heal?

No, we do all the hard work so you don’t have to! A variety of text and banner creatives are available for you to download free of charge on Commission Junction.

Once you have been approved for the program on a network of your choice, start earning commission by logging in to your affiliate account and visiting the Get Links tab. Here you can search for the product/promotional links that best suit your website, and then simply add them to your site!

Remember — if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for you can always contact the Affiliate Program Manager for support.

Can I promote Quick Heal products via paid search?

Yes, however there are certain restrictions in place and these must be strictly adhered to. The affiliate policy will be available to you when you become a Quick Heal affiliate. You should carefully read these Terms and Conditions to ensure that you do not breach any paid search restrictions. If you do breach these restrictions, it could result in your affiliation with us being terminated. And we really wouldn’t want that to happen!
