To remove an application that contains malicious content, run Scan Now (Secure > AntiVirus > Scan Now) on your mobile device. You may also schedule a virus scan at a time that is convenient for you. Fonetastic for Android scans applications installed on your device for all possible virus infections. If any threat is found, take an appropriate action such as Ignore or Uninstall the application.

Run either Scan Now or Schedule a Scan in AntiVirus to scan your mobile for any threat. To scan your mobile device, follow these steps:

1. Open Fonetastic.
2. Tap the arrow given at the bottom of the Home screen. Dashboard is displayed.
3. Tap Secure and then tap Antivirus. The Antivirus screen is displayed.
4. Tap Scan Now and the scanning will be initiated. The threats will be detected and resolved after the scan.

All the installed apps in the phone are scanned through the Cloud scan library for the latest updates. Apps are updated with new changes which are available in the Cloud library.

This option helps you to scan newly installed application on the device. The On Install App Scan option is used to run a scan, whenever a new application is installed on the device.

This option helps you to run a vulnerability scan on the device, enable this option to perform the vulnerability scan on the device, whenever the scan is performed on the device.

To remove a file threat which has malicious content, you need to run a Full Scan on your device. Follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Open Fonetastic.
2. Tap the arrow given at the bottom of the Home screen. Dashboard is displayed.
3. Tap Secure and then tap Antivirus. The Antivirus screen is displayed.
4. Turn the Background Scan option OFF.
5. Select the option Scan Now.

If any threat is found, take an appropriate action on the threat by following these steps:

1. Open Fonetastic.
2. Tap the arrow given at the bottom of the Home screen. Dashboard is displayed.
3. Tap Secure and then tap Antivirus. The Antivirus screen is displayed.
4. Tap on List of Threats.
5. Tap on Quarantined, select and delete the threat.

 To restore a file threat, perform following steps:

1. Open Fonetastic.
2. Tap the arrow given at the bottom of the Home screen. Dashboard is displayed.
3. Tap Secure and then tap Antivirus. The Antivirus screen is displayed.
4. Turn the Background Scan option OFF.
5. Tap on List of Threats.
6. Tap on Quarantined, select and restore the threat.
