Removing Quick Heal antivirus may expose your computer to virus threats. However, if you need to uninstall it, follow these steps:

1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs.

2. Right-click Quick Heal antivirus and select Uninstall.

   After uninstallation, restart your system for changes to take effect.

   Note: Admin rights are needed to uninstall Quick Heal.

Quick Heal antivirus is compatible with Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 8, Windows 7.

Yes. To install Quick Heal antivirus on another computer, uninstall it from the current device, then install it on the new device. Remember, each Quick Heal Product Key is intended for use on a single system at a time.

You can find the Product Key in the following ways:

1. Open Quick Heal antivirus.
2. On the top right, License <xxx Days left>.
3. The license details are displayed.

1. Open Quick Heal antivirus.
2. On the left menu pane, click More > License Details. The product details are displayed.

1. Open Quick Heal Antivirus.
2. On the dashboard, the top right corner displays the number of days left for the license to expire.
3. Click the License - xxx Days left to view the expiry date and other details

You can download and install Quick Heal antivirus using either the Quick Heal installer or a Quick Heal CD.

To download and install the latest Quick Heal antivirus using the Quick Heal Installer, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the following link
   https://www.quickheal.com/installer
2. Enter the product key if available or select the product from product list and click Download. The installer file is downloaded to your device.
3. Double-click the downloaded setup file to start the installation and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Using the Quick Heal CD

1. Insert the Quick Heal antivirus CD/DVD in the DVD drive.
2. Click Install.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Quick Heal automatically detects whether your computer operating system is 32-bit or 64-bit and download the correct installer version on your device.

To know operating system and the version of your computer:

On Windows 11 and Windows 10

1. Go to Control Panel > System > Device Specifications
2. Check the System type whether 32-bit or 64-bit.

On Windows 8.1 and Windows 8

1. Go to Control Panel > System and Security > System.
2. Check the System type whether 32-bit or 64-bit.
