How do I find my product License Key?

Find the license key with installed copy of Quick Heal

Start your Quick Heal product.

On the main product window, look for the Help option.

On top-right corner, click Help > About. If you cannot find Help & About, on your Quick Heal product tab, click Support.

In the About window, look for the License Details.

If you set a password during registration of your product, enter it to access the License Details page.

If you purchased your Quick Heal product from the Product online store

There are a couple of ways to find your License key but the easiest way is through your Quick Heal Product.

The additional ways of finding your license key are:

Confirmation email: your License Key will be in your confirmation email that you received after purchasing your product online.

If you have deleted the message, then in order to restore the License Key, contact Support. Give the following information:

• Purchase date
• Owner info (first and last name, email address)
• Number of the online order (you can find it in a confirmation message received from the online store after the purchase).

Print-out: when you initially installed your product you were asked to print your License Key to keep for your records. Check if you still have the print out.

If you purchased a box version of the product

In order to restore the product License Key, send a request with the description of the problem to renew@quickheal.co.in. Please mention the following details in the email:

Quick Heal batch number on the product package and/or your registered email address.

If you are sending an attachment, please send it in Zip format.
